Return & Exchange Policy

The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of Poise24. Your use and/or placement of any order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms stated. Poise24 reserved the rights to change the Terms & Conditions, from time to time without prior notice.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Poise24's return and exchange policy only applies to sales made within poise24.com. All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.

In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt to orders@poise24.com including snapshots of the defect if applicable. Our management will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within Poise24.

Poise24 will exchange the defect item for the same item if in stock or a full refund will be made. Exchanges for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be refunded.

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed for cases that are due to Poise24's oversight.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unworned and unwashed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues.

Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Poise24 will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns/Defects Department and they will only be handled by mailing only. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

 

BACKORDER ITEMS

Estimated date of arrival for the backorder items are stated at the product's description and are subjected to change. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified and updated with news of the backorder promptly.

A full refund will be made for delays amounting to over 14 days from the stipulated time.

Strictly no cancellations or changes are allowed.

Poise24 reserves the right to cancel any backorders if the response is inadequate.

 

COUPON CODES

If you have a referral or coupon code, you can enter it during the checkout  process. Once you have entered the code, click the "Apply coupon code" button to receive your discount.

Please note that voucher codes only apply when entered into the system and will not be valid for redemption through email after the order has been placed. It is not redeemable for cash or credit.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) / Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

We make an effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the the actual color of an item may vary slightly from featured image due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer screen resolutions. Hence, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Measurements may vary 0.5 – 0.75 inches due to mass manufacturing processes.
