Exchange policy:

We accept exchange within 3 days upon receiving the products. Complaints and exchange made after 3 days will not be accepted.

We accept exchange for sizes. However we do not guarantee the sizes you wish to exchange are available. Some items can be pre-ordered as long as the materials are still available.

We do not accept exchange/refund if:

1. The product is custom size
2. The product is under sale category
3. The product is made of stretch materials
4. Some items are just not accepted for exchange (you will get notified upon purchase)

CLEANING INSTRUCTION

To ensure that all your garments are treated best, for all garments:

1. For delicate fabrics, tulle, tweed, jacquard and gowns please always DRY CLEAN. Damages that occur due to wrong washing method cannot be CLAIMED.
2. Gentle hand wash with light detergent is the most preferred.
3. Do not bleach or soak your garment while washing, especially for items with 2 or more colors.
4. Garment should be washed separately.
5. Do not bleach.
6. Do not put into dryer.
7. Do not tumble dry and do not wring.
8. Always iron with cool or low heat.
9. Do not hang to dry.
